I wrote this book because I ended up like you!

Yep, it’s tough to admit, but the truth is I was getting older.

My wife was calling me doughboy, and although I had weight trained seriously in my mid-twenties and thirties (the kids on the block even called me Rocky!) by my forties, I found I was slacking off because of business, kids and spending time with my wife.
